Figs and pullups on a tree! It is that simple! You can have a simple happy life if you really keep in mind how our human ancestors lived. If we could just keep in mind that we were not meant to stay in the gym or in the office but be outside most of the time. Stay outside, be moving, , be climbing trees, be running in the forest. Spend as much time outside as possible. This is one of the most potetnt factors , that could bring back the balance to you.
