Am I dependent on the 10 thing-list?

You know all these videos, blogs and articles that say "10 foods you never have to eat" or "5 excercises not to do". Those are the most popular articles. This only show how much need and requirement we have for structure from outside. Apparently people need a to do list. They need this to do list, that they can check. You would ask : What is wrong with that? Well in the first sight nothing. But if you think about it a bit more in depth you will find it a bit worring.

It simply shows the lack of ability to think by ourself. It is crystal clear , that there is no list for anything. But people always need this specific number, that they could orient to .

Think next time : You do not need a number. Think indepently and autonomously!
